Feel free to contact us directly at any time for additional information.

How much does it cost?

It varies. The cost depends on the finish level you want, your designer, where you’ll be located, etc.

A complete construction analysis can be done at any time during your project.

What does Turnkey mean?

Turnkey is the ability to complete your entire project using one company instead of managing up to six.

What kinds of projects do you do?

We do dental, medical, veterinary, optometry, ophthalmology, surgical suites, and retail offices.

How soon does Superior Builders get involved in the project?

We can get involved in the project as soon as you’re starting to look for a space. If we are working on pre-construction services, we can advise you as soon as you begin shopping for spaces. Often, this can end up being thousands of dollars in savings because some costs are hidden. An electrical panel, for example, might not line up with equipment properly, and a broker might not tell you that. If you are looking at two spaces, and one is suitable while the other is not, picking the less functional space can be costly.  We recommend getting us involved in the early while looking for real estate.

Are you taking on new clients?

Yes, we are taking on new clients. We prefer to get involved in projects about two months before their bid date in order to have time to adequately assess  potential costs.

Do I have to use all the services?

No you don’t have to use all our services. We’ll customize it for you and do what you would like. If you have a local architect you want to work with, we’re happy to team up with them. If you have an equipment supplier you’re working with, we’re happy to work with your supplier.

Our services are meant to be customized to each client’s needs. We want to make this the easiest possible project so you get specifically what you’re looking for.

Do you warranty your work?

Yes, we warranty our work longer than the average year-long warranty. For details on our extended warranty, call or use our contact form.

Do you have references?

Absolutely. Check out our client testimonials. Or for a more detailed list, fill out our contact form.
